This includes overseeing HVAC systems, refrigeration, plumbing, and managing vendor relations for seamless operations.Key Responsibilities:
Direct hiring and training of facilities support staff
Guarantee clean, secure settings in compliance with regulations
Keep meticulous records of facility conditions and schedules
Monitor equipment performance and anticipate maintenance needs
Manage vendor partnerships and inventory accuratelyRequirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years in supervisory roles related to facilities
Effective problem-solving and communication abilities
Bilingual in English and Spanish
