Lead and inspire youth as a Mentor at BGC Weston Mount Dennis, facilitating event planning and leadership activities. Engage with young participants to foster growth this summer. As a Mentor in the Event Lab program, you'll take on a crucial role supporting youth aged 13–15. Your responsibilities include conducting workshops on leadership, organizing community events, and nurturing teamwork among participants. This is a transformative prospect running from June 22 to August 14, aimed at enhancing their readiness for future challenges. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and run workshops for youth participants
Support Leadership-in-Training initiatives effectively
Coordinate event planning and execution with youth
Create engaging and skill-based programming
Implement safety protocols and maintain a supportive space Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years in a youth camp or program
Experience with structured activity facilitation
Proven leadership and communication skills
Current First Aid & CPR-C certificate
