Join Pacekids as a adaptable Classroom Therapy Aide. Support children's learning and well-being across multiple locations as part of the Early Childhood Services team. Pacekids Programs is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Classroom Therapy Aide to engage with young children in a supportive setting. This casual, on-call position involves working closely with a Certified Teacher and therapists to implement Individual Program Plans focusing on children’s social and academic skills. Ideal candidates should possess strong communication skills and a passion for fostering an inclusive setting. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in executing daily lesson plans and activities
Implement individualized strategies per children's IPPs
Support children's socialization and learning activities
Help document progress and assist with self-help skills
Maintain a safe and clean classroom according to standards Requirements:
Certificate in Early Childhood Education or relevant field
Previous experience with young children, particularly with special needs
Strong teamwork abilities and communication skills
Commitment to obtaining First Aid & CPR certification
