Become a Program Coordinator at Western University’s Department of Family Medicine. This in-person, full-time role involves supporting undergraduate programs and assisting students with applications and requirements.

The position is a temporary full-time contract for 18 months. You will coordinate aspects of the Undergraduate Program and be the main point of contact for students. Additionally, this role supports recruitment processes and manages logistics for events, evaluations, and student progression within the program.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate undergraduate program activities and standards
• Serve as contact for student inquiries regarding admissions
• Manage logistics for recruitment and program events




• Update and maintain program websites and information
• Assist faculty and students with guidance and resources

Requirements:
• 3-year Community College Diploma in Business Administration
• 2 years of experience in a medical academic setting
• Knowledge of undergraduate medical education policies preferred
• Robust organizational and communication skills required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite essential
