Toromont Cat is seeking a Resident Heavy Equipment Technician in the Muskoka Region. Utilize your skills to provide stellar service while prioritizing safety and quality.

In this full time, permanent role, you will operate out of a Toromont Service truck servicing customers' heavy equipment needs. The position encompasses diagnostics and repairs while fostering trustworthy customer relationships. You will be part of a collaborative team focused on continuous improvement through training.

Key Responsibilities:
• Utilize Caterpillar tools for mechanical diagnostics
• Complete repairs within designated timeframes
• Establish excellent relationships with customers in office
• Follow safety protocols and regulations diligently
• Maintain the service truck in excellent condition

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in heavy machinery mechanics
• At least 3 years of relevant technician experience
• 421A license is a plus
• Valid Driver’s License, preferably DZ
• Positive attitude and solid work ethic
