Troubleshoot and maintain roasting and packaging equipment
Document and manage spare parts and critical inventory
Install and upgrade machinery for improved reliability
Collaborate with production and external contractors
Facilitate training and mentorship for apprentices Requirements:
Ticketed Millwright with at least 2 years experience
Robust troubleshooting and analysis skills
Ability to read technical schematics
Basic computer proficiency for documentation
