Reporting to the Store General Manager, you will ensure that effective loss prevention strategies are in place to reduce losses. Your role emphasizes presence on the sales floor during peak hours and coaching associates to recognize and act on LP responsibilities. Collaborating with the Regional Loss Prevention Manager is crucial for sharing insights.
Key Responsibilities:
• Actively monitor sales floor for loss prevention issues
• Secure high-value products in compliance with LP standards
• Log incidents accurately and coordinate with management
• Train staff on loss prevention protocols and awareness
• Ensure customers feel acknowledged and protected
Requirements:
• 6+ months of experience in retail preferred
• 12+ months in security or loss prevention roles
• Must have High School Diploma
• CPR and First Aid certification required
• Ability to lift items up to 50lbs
