Your insights will drive cost-effective service solutions while working closely with the Director of Capacity. You’ll be integral in bolstering operational efficiencies through robust collaboration with internal teams and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the capacity management team
• Assess daily load volumes and carrier options
• Support load planning with key carrier partnerships
• Evaluate and improve carrier performance
• Collaborate across functions for effective load execution
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics/transportation
• Familiarity with transportation management systems
• Robust organizational and communication skills
• Proficient in Excel and logistics software
• Willingness to work on Canadian holidays intermittently
