In this role, the Residency Program Assistant will provide essential administrative and financial assistance to the Residency Program Manager. Key responsibilities include coordinating scheduling, supporting accreditation processes, and managing logistical requirements for various educational events. The position is part-time with a commitment of 21 hours per week, and it offers the possibility of work from home.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate rotation scheduling and evaluations using data systems
• Support accreditation processes and prepare required documentation
• Manage logistics for conferences, workshops, and meetings
• Track payments and monitor program budget activities
• Maintain comprehensive records for residents and programs
Requirements:
• High School graduation plus post-secondary diploma
• Four years related experience in a medical or educational setting
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and database software
• Solid attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion
