This full-time or part time position demands a committed individual ready to provide outstanding customer service. As a Security Guard, you will manage resident access, assist guests, and uphold a secure environment. Your proactive training in emergency procedures will be essential as you resolve conflicts and support building management.
Key Responsibilities:
Offer high-quality concierge services at front desk locations
Manage access and registration for residents and visitors
Address conflicts using effective communication techniques
Assist Property Management and contractors where needed
Engage in regular training for emergency protocols
Requirements:
Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence (or in progress)
Over 2 years of customer service experience, preferably with a hospitality background
Friendly, approachable demeanor for resident interactions
Composure and quality service under pressure
First Aid and CPR Level C certifications are advantageous
Your role will play a significant part in creating a secure and welcoming atmosphere for all residents and guests.
