As a Vendor Standards Analyst, you'll play a key role in maintaining and improving vendor compliance programs for Mark’s and FGL. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and customer-focused, with expertise in navigating complex datasets and vendor policies. Collaborating with various internal teams, you will ensure standards adherence, mitigate supply chain disruptions, and support seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update vendor standards manuals and documentation
• Monitor and analyze compliance against operational standards
• Develop vendor performance reporting and KPI insights




• Support vendor accountability through compliance tracking
• Investigate vendor inquiries and disputes with clarity

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in relevant discipline
• 2–5 years of experience in vendor compliance or supply chain
• Solid analytical, problem-solving, and Excel skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Knowledge of EDI and ASN compliance processes
