Career Team is seeking a skilled and results-oriented Project Director to spearhead our workforce programs in the North Bay region. With over five years of experience in workforce development and a solid understanding of WIOA regulations, you will supervise staff and drive strategic initiatives to maximize program impact. Your leadership will ensure compliance, performance excellence, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee WIOA Adult, Dislocated Worker, and Youth programs
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance service delivery
• Implement strategic initiatives for program compliance
• Manage budgets to align expenditures with performance goals
• Lead a high-performing team, emphasizing staff development
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• 5+ years in workforce development or operations
• Knowledge of WIOA programs and best practices
• Solid communication and analytical skills
• Spanish-speaking proficiency preferred
