Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the organization of sports leagues and events
Maintain and organize the lending library inventory
Identify community recreational needs
Ensure effective training compliance for staff
Evaluate program success and participation metrics

Requirements:
Degree in kinesiology, education, or a related area
Four years’ experience leading teams in community settings
Expertise in coaching and volunteer management
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Valid novice 2 driver’s license or higher
