Key Responsibilities:
• Understand and document detailed business requirements
• Create cutting-edge solutions that meet user needs




• Support project implementation as a data specialist
• Guide and mentor team members throughout project phases
• Prepare solution design documents for stakeholder review

Requirements:
• Degree in Computer Science, Business, or a similar area
• At least 3 years in a Business Analyst role
• Experience with TopTeam and Microsoft tools
• Understanding of Agile practices is beneficial
• Previous experience in financial services is preferred
