Support the 2027 Canada Games as an IT Support qualified in Québec City. Your skills in IT systems and user support will be vital to creating memorable experiences for athletes. We are looking for an IT Support qualified to help manage technology during the upcoming Canada Games. This full-time contract runs until March 19, 2027. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless IT operations by providing direct support and equipment management throughout the event. Key Responsibilities:
Manage first-line technical support in a high-volume environment
Prepare and test IT equipment for Games venues
Collaborate on IT documentation and support procedures
Follow up on incidents with vendors and partners
Assist in training and supervising IT volunteers Requirements:
College diploma in computer science or equivalent experience
Minimum one year of relevant IT support experience
Familiarity with Windows and networking
Proficient in French, with English as a plus
