Columbia Forest Products in Kitchener is seeking a full time Production Team Member. You will rotate through different machine centers (putty line, spreader, hot press, sander), handle material, perform quality checks and cleanup. Forklift operation is an asset, and safety PPE is required in a busy manufacturing setting.
Shifts are 10 hours, Monday-Thursday, starting at 20.60 CAD per hour with probation. Pay can rise to 24.00 CAD after probation, with base 22.15 CAD plus proficiency bonuses.
