Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Manager to support the planning, execution, and delivery of projects. In this role, you will assist in coordinating project activities, managing timelines, and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning, organizing, and executing projects from initiation to completion
Coordinate project schedules, resources, and deliverables
Track project progress and update timelines, budgets, and milestones
Facilitate communication between team members, stakeholders, and vendors
Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations
Identify risks and issues, and support mitigation strategies
Monitor project performance against KPIs and objectives




Support Agile or traditional project management methodologies
Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
Robust organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello, Jira)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Preferred Skills
Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
Certification such as CAPM or PMP (or working toward certification)
Experience with budgeting and resource planning
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
