You'll be the primary legal resource for internal teams, offering pragmatic guidance while supporting procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the full customer contract lifecycle across North America • Advise teams on data protection in SaaS contexts • Collaborate on contract management system improvements • Deliver internal training on compliance and legal topics • Oversee litigation-related queries with external counsel
Requirements: • J.D. or LL.B., in positive standing with Bar Association • 5 years of experience in tech or SaaS legal roles • Knowledge of EU and US data protection laws • Admitted to practice in the U.S. • Strong negotiation skills in Enterprise agreements
