Reporting to the Director of Business Development, the Account Executive will manage existing accounts and develop recent relationships within the territory. Candidates with 3–5 years of relevant experience should be able to demonstrate strong communication and relationship-building skills while effectively navigating account management and business development.

Key Responsibilities:
• Foster relationships with key stakeholders and existing customers.
• Increase revenue through current building and renovation opportunities.
• Proactively prospect for new business and referrals.




• Conduct meetings and site visits to identify project needs.
• Keep an organized and healthy sales pipeline through the CRM.

Requirements:
• 3–5+ years of experience in sales or account management.
• Comfort with balancing existing accounts and new business.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and pipeline tracking.
• Travel flexibility within the Ontario territory.
