Become a Service Support Specialist with Sensity, focusing on coaching and mentorship while advancing person-centered approaches in Hamilton and the Niagara Region. Lead and enhance service excellence while collaborating with operational teams.
This key position combines practice-based leadership and support across Supported Living and Community programs. You will guide teams to deliver consistent, high-quality service and serve as a trusted resource for Intervenors. Engaging in operational discussions, you'll contribute to workforce development and enhance service delivery across multiple programs in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide coaching and modelling for Intervenors • Act as a trusted advisor for complex challenges • Produce summary notes from program visits • Equip Intervenors with tools for success • Champion consistent training delivery across teams
Requirements: • College diploma or equivalent in related fields • Experience with developmental disabilities and mental health • Proficiency in ASL or SEE communication • Valid Class G driver’s license and vehicle access • Successful completion of a Vulnerable Sector Police Check
