What You'll Do
Set up, program, and operate robotic welding equipment
Troubleshoot welding, equipment,
and robot performance issues
Optimize welding programs and processes
Monitor weld quality and production output
Support process improvements and recent product trials
Work with production and engineering teams to improve efficiency and quality
Maintain a secure and organized work setting
What You Bring
Minimum 2 years of robotic welding programming and operating experience
Strong knowledge of weld quality standards
Experience with MIG and TIG welding
Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Experience with IGM robotic welding systems is a strong asset
