Key Responsibilities:
• Advise clients on insurance matters and needs assessment
• Quote and sell current policies while retaining existing accounts
• Conduct care calls and process renewal applications




• Collaborate with Underwriters and Adjusters on policy guidelines
• Prepare documentation and assist with Account Receivable activities

Requirements:
• Preferred: 1 year of personal insurance experience
• RIBO License beneficial; experience with Epic an asset
• Strong customer service orientation
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks successfully
