Join GFL as a Heavy Duty Mechanic working Monday to Friday, from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy-duty diesel trucks and equipment to ensure optimal performance.

In this skilled role, you will operate independently while adhering to safety standards and company policies. A fully licensed Heavy Duty Mechanic with at least one year of hands-on experience is essential. You’ll work with technical manuals and training programs to resolve issues and mentor recent technicians.

Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and repair heavy-duty diesel trucks and equipment
• Perform maintenance and repairs using M5 planner
• Complete accurate work orders and documentation




• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
• Maintain a clean and organized work setting

Requirements:
• Journeyperson/Red Seal Heavy Duty Mechanic license
• Minimum one year diesel mechanic experience
• Ability to interpret technical manuals and diagnostic tools
• Robust problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Own a complete set of tools for heavy-duty repair
