Key Responsibilities:



• Deliver nursing care according to policies and care plans • Ensure high-quality personal and nursing care for residents • Supervise Personal Support Workers effectively • Maintain constant communication with families about resident care • Perform ongoing assessments as required for residents

Requirements: • Current RPN license with the Ontario College of Nurses • Experience in senior health care preferred • Strong judgment and teamwork skills • Must pass Vulnerable Sector and Criminal Record Checks • Advocacy for an inclusive setting for all residents
