Assist with the Autism Moves program at OSEG Foundation as a Part time Sport Program Assistant. Focus on delivering engaging sport sessions for youth with Autism Spectrum Disorder. This role involves providing essential support during weekly sport sessions, helping to adapt activities for participants’ needs in collaboration with coaches. Your role is pivotal in fostering an inviting and safe atmosphere for all youth, ensuring their positive experience during sessions. You will also manage the setup and cleanup of materials. Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate sport sessions under coach supervision
Adapt activities for participants with Autism
Observe and monitor participant behavior during sessions
Create a supportive setting for every participant
