Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly system checks
Communicate planned maintenance and outages effectively
Manage ticketing for technology issues and escalate as necessary
Assist with seasonal setup of equipment and systems

Background in computer science or similar discipline
Proficient with Microsoft 365 and knowledge of POS systems
