The Town of Banff seeks a Human Resources Specialist to guide policies, procedures and programs with integrity and inclusivity. You will support recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee relations across the organization.
Reporting to the Manager, Human Resources, you will apply Alberta legislation, exercise sound judgment and partner with leaders to foster a protected, respectful workplace. In-person presence at the Banff workplace is required.
