In this role, you’ll ensure that guests receive the correct equipment and support they need for a stellar winter visit. You will leverage your knowledge of skiing and snowboarding, collaborating with techs for maintenance and adjustments. Robust interpersonal skills and the ability to operate a POS system are crucial for this position. Key Responsibilities:
Provide prompt adjustments for skis and snowboards
Assist during product tuning and maintenance
Streamline guest returns of rental equipment
Complete daily cleanliness and operational tasks
Manage cash handling and follow security protocols Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a ski rental or repair shop
Ability to work on your feet for long shifts
Lift up to 50 lbs of rental merchandise
