Your experience will support communication with various stakeholders, enhancing community connections across British Columbia.Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise road maintenance teams on-site
Ensure adherence to safety and maintenance protocols
Collaborate with government entities and agencies
Operate necessary equipment as necessary
Support productive work scheduling and crew managementRequirements:
Minimum three years in a management role is essential
Five years’ experience in road maintenance
Valid Class 3 Driver's License with Air Brake Endorsement
Must have a clean driving record
