Leverage your collections experience and customer service skills to enhance client relations. In this full time permanent position, you will act as the first point of contact for customers, efficiently managing calls and ensuring redemption processes are executed flawlessly. Your role will also involve de-escalating conflicts and liaising with Recovery Representatives to secure necessary documentation and maintain compliance with company standards. Key Responsibilities:
