Our client is a highly regarded Chambers-ranked law firm seeking a Corporate Solicitor/Corporate Associate (1–3 PQE) to join its growing Oxford team.
This is an excellent prospect for a Corporate Solicitor looking to develop their career within a top-tier practice, working alongside experienced Partners on a high-quality mix of M&A;, corporate transactions, private equity, investments, joint ventures, shareholder agreements and corporate reorganisations.
The Role
Advise on a broad range of corporate and M&A; transactions
Draft and negotiate corporate documentation
Work closely with Partners and senior lawyers on complex transactions
Build relationships with a high-quality UK and international client base
Develop your technical, commercial and client-facing skills
About You
1–3 years’ PQE in Corporate / Corporate Commercial
Experience of M&A; and general corporate transactions
Strong drafting and communication skills
Commercially minded and client-focused
Keen to develop and progress within a leading Corporate team
