You are growth-minded & bring seasoned experience in conceptualizing interior spaces, and developing and executing drawings and specifications. You possess a superb attention to detail and are able to work as part of a team to deliver successful project execution.What Will You DoBe involved in design concept and modelling of interior spaces, preparation of client presentations, coordination and preparation of tender drawingsPreparation of details,



FFE and specificationsDeveloping suite layouts and residential amenity spacesProduct research and selection of interior finishesWorking with the client and architectural teams to ensure design continuity between interior and exterior spacesSite visits to review installation of finishesWhat Do You NeedBachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field from a recognized institution6 to 10 years skilled experienceGood understanding of the relationship between drawings and specificationsExcellent time management skills for yourself and your teamAbility to work well independently and collaborativelyAbility to multi-task and work on multiple projectsExcellent visual and graphic presentation skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Sketch Up, Autodesk software (AutoCAD & Revit), Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & InDesign), 3D rendering software and Microsoft Office Suite.
