Ensure quality standards by following work instructions
Achieve hourly production quotas effectively
Accurately document production each day
Operate various injection machines and assembly stations
Adhere to Health and Safety guidelines at all times Requirements:
High school diploma or GED is a plus
Capability to manage physical job demands
Experience training staff in the Leader Tech’s absence
Understanding of the Kanban system and 5S
