The Premium Club Host position requires enthusiasm and professionalism. You will check in guests, manage access control, and support event operations. Deliver exceptional hospitality for premium members and guests
Manage guest registration and access control efficiently
Support event-day operations and hospitality activations
Provide informed recommendations based on venue knowledge
Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly Requirements:
Previous experience in hospitality or guest services preferred
Current First Aid/CPR certification required
Valid Smart Serve certification needed
Robust communication and problem-solving skills
