RBC is seeking a Director of Business Risk to lead the Operational Risk practice for Wealth Management Canada. You will guide senior leaders and align WM Canada risks with RBC's ORM strategy, across DS Retail, PHNIC, RT, WMFS, DSG, PTO and WMCO.
You will build and manage a capable team of risk specialists, drive RCM and ICM programs, and ensure robust risk reporting and governance participation.
