Reporting to the Road Superintendent, you will engage in various highway maintenance activities, including both summer and winter operations. Your safety-conscious mindset and experience in the field will be crucial. Daily shifts and overtime may be part of the job as you perform essential functions to ensure road safety. Key Responsibilities:
Execute summer and winter highway maintenance operations
Maintain roadside and highway surface areas
Provide emergency response and traffic management
Oversee right-of-way maintenance tasks effectively
Manage equipment for snow and drainage maintenance Requirements:
Valid and positive standing DZ license
Experience in provincial or municipal highway work
Friendly and helpful demeanor with the public
Availability for shift work and travel
