With a minimum of five years of supervisory experience, you will oversee staff training, ensure adherence to safety standards, and enhance production efficiency by troubleshooting processes. Key Responsibilities:
Ensure completion of training for all production staff
Provide ongoing performance feedback and support
Conduct mandatory safety and First Time Secure training
Monitor production output and manage inventory audits
Implement recent processing techniques for efficiency Requirements:
Minimum 5 years' experience in a supervisory role
Preferably within manufacturing or plastics
Solid leadership and problem-solving skills
Valid forklift operator certification
