Provide essential nursing care at AgeCare as a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN). Engage with residents and collaborate with healthcare specialists to ensure high-quality care delivery. As a Registered Practical Nurse at AgeCare, you will use your expertise in geriatric and long-term care nursing to support resident health, alongside Personal Support Workers. You’ll implement policies, coordinate with healthcare teams, and ensure vital communications regarding residents’ conditions. Implement AgeCare policies in collaboration with the Registered Nurse
Liaise with healthcare professionals and external partners




Notify physicians of any significant changes in resident status
Guide Personal Support Workers on proper care procedures
Participate in shift reports with healthcare team members Requirements:
Knowledge in geriatric and rehabilitation nursing
Current Certificate of Competence from the College of Nurses of Ontario
Understanding of relevant health and safety regulations
