Nch’ḵay̓ is seeking a proactive Maintenance Technician responsible for ensuring optimal conditions across assigned properties. You will perform essential maintenance tasks including plumbing and electrical repairs, preventative equipment servicing, and conducting regular building inspections. Strong interpersonal skills are critical in delivering high service standards and collaborating with tenants and co-workers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform repairs in tenants’ suites including plumbing and electrical • Conduct preventative maintenance for mechanical systems • Carry out building inspections and maintain accurate logs • Maintain interior and exterior lighting systems • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Requirements: • High school diploma and valid BC Driver’s License • 2-3 years of relevant building maintenance experience • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Yardi Maintenance IQ • Capable of lifting 50lbs and working at heights • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
