This permanent full time role involves assessment, intervention, and emotional guidance. You will be responsible for gathering comprehensive client information and assessing their familial needs. Collaborating with an integrated case management team, you’ll develop effective interventions and support systems. Deliver parenting skill-building sessions and provide valuable emotional support to clients in need. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct interviews and observations to gather client data
Identify family needs and assess associated risks
Develop and implement service plans with the team

Bachelor’s degree in social services
Minimum one year of related experience
First Aid and Crisis Intervention certified
