In this position, you will respond to diverse roadside incidents, load and recover vehicles skillfully, and communicate effectively with dispatch. You’ll be responsible for equipment inspections and will keep an organized log of your daily activities. Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to roadside assistance calls
Load and transport vehicles safely in all conditions
Utilize winches and securing devices during operations
Recover overturned vehicles as required
Maintain accurate equipment and service logs Requirements:
Valid Class 5 or Class 3 driver’s license with clean record
Outstanding customer service and communication skills
Robust ability to handle pressure in emergencies
Willingness to pursue air-brake endorsement
