ComPsych is looking for licensed clinicians to deliver ethical, solution-focused counseling within the Employee Assistance Program. Your focus will be on providing in-person support to employees and their households in navigating everyday challenges. Maintaining compliance with clinical standards will be vital. Key Responsibilities:
Provide client-centered EAP counseling services
Manage intake assessments and clinical discussions
Help clients with anxiety, stress, and relationship issues
Document clinical sessions accurately and timely
Work within ComPsych's referral and care management processes Requirements:
Master’s degree or higher in behavioral health
3+ years of post-master's clinical experience
Valid accreditation or registration in your field
Liability insurance must be active
