As an Environmental Services Supervisor, you will take charge of training staff and ensuring adherence to cleaning standards. Your responsibilities will include coordinating activities within the department, managing budgets, and safeguarding compliance with infection control measures. You’ll also play a key role in inventory management for cleaning supplies. Key Responsibilities:
Train and inspect housekeeping and porter staff daily
Manage all aspects of personnel processes and evaluations

Minimum of two years in environmental services supervisory roles
Familiar with housekeeping regulations and operational procedures
Previous union experience preferred
