We are seeking an experienced Senior Document Control Specialist to support product development and sustaining engineering teams by managing product data, documentation, and engineering changes within a Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain Item Master records, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and Approved Manufacturer Lists (AMLs).
• Manage document control activities, engineering documentation, and product release processes.
• Coordinate Engineering Change Orders (ECOs/ECNs) and resolve documentation issues with engineering, suppliers, and manufacturing partners.
• Perform data analysis, audits, reporting, and quality reviews.
• Support new product development, sustaining engineering, and cross-functional business initiatives.
• Participate in process improvement, automation, system upgrades, and data quality projects.
• Train stakeholders on documentation standards and processes.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in a manufacturing, engineering, operations, or document control environment.
• Strong experience with PLM systems, Document Control,
  
  
  
  BOM management, and Engineering Change Management.
• Understanding of product development, manufacturing processes, and product configuration management.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, Power BI, and technical writing.
• Electronics manufacturing experience is a plus.
