Implement water and fertilization programs per Crop Prescriptions
Operate the Argus Environmental Control System for irrigation
Monitor seedling growth through morphological measurements
Conduct insect inspections and implement control methods
Train seasonal employees on nursery work practices Requirements:
Experience in nursery or propagation settings
Familiarity with irrigation systems and crop monitoring
Valid Driver’s License with reliable transportation
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
