You will be responsible for operating various paint applicators and ensuring all coatings meet accurate specifications. Your problem-solving skills will be key in maintaining equipment and safety protocols, ensuring a productive work setting. Key Responsibilities:
Apply primer and topcoat using airless systems
Conduct maintenance on spray pots and equipment




Prepare surfaces accurately for coating applications
Engage in safety compliance discussions and training
Handle paperwork and maintain cleanliness in the workspace Requirements:
Minimum of two years' experience in industrial painting
Detail-oriented with a proactive work ethic
Self-driven, independent worker skilled in teamwork
Physically able to manage lifting and protective equipment
