Extendicare is hiring a dedicated Health Care Aide at our Viking Home in Alberta, focusing on enriching the lives of our residents. This role offers evening and daytime shifts for part-time work. As a Health Care Aide, you'll play an instrumental role in the day-to-day care of seniors, assisting them with personal care, meal preparation, and monitoring their health conditions. Support residents with personal hygiene and daily living
Report any changes in resident conditions to supervisors
Facilitate safe moving and transportation of residents
Plan and execute meal preparation as needed
Maintain confidentiality and address resident concerns Requirements:
Registration with CLHA required
Graduate from a Health Care Aide program
Experience in senior care settings necessary
Robust communication and organizational skills
