Answer daily student and staff questions effectively
Guide students in understanding HCA responsibilities
Track and comment on student performance during practicums
Complete weekly progress evaluations for students
Support collaboration in final evaluation processes Requirements:
5 years of health care experience, ideally in long-term care
Required LPN/RN license and CPR certification
Solid reliability and independent decision-making skills
