This position requires travel across La Ronge and outlying communities, ensuring robust outreach efforts. Key Responsibilities:
Offer in-home support using a strength-based model
Educate groups and individuals on health promotion




Assist Community Health Nurse in delivering programs
Act as a liaison and advocate for families
Plan and execute community education workshops Requirements:
Early Childhood Education Certificate or related experience
First Aid, CPR, and Protected Food Handling certification
Solid verbal and written communication abilities
Must hold a valid Class 5 Driver’s License
