StoneRidge Insurance Brokers is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager who thrives on delivering top-tier client experiences, cultivating genuine relationships, and keeping every detail perfectly organized. Position: Personal Lines Account Manager
Work Location: Markham and Chatham or London
Job Type: In Office, Full Time, Permanent
Pay: TBD
What You Will Do:
Service and grow a personal lines portfolio
Handle recent business, renewals, endorsements, and accounts receivable
Advise clients on coverage and support policy/claims inquiries
Maintain accurate records in our broker management system
Collaborate with carriers, vendors, and colleagues
What You Bring:
Minimum 2 years of insurance experience
Provincial insurance license RIBO
Robust communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and broker management systems
CIP, CRM, or other designations an asset
